Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision and Alignment: Lead large‑scale implementations, develop and articulate vision and objectives, and ensure alignment with business strategies. Demonstrate strategic vision evolution through continuous learning.
- Evangelism: Inspire product engineering teams, advocate for discovery and delivery practices, and educate the organization on product engineering models. Promote continuous improvement and spread knowledge through community sessions.
- Craft Mastery and Objectives Realization: Drive complex programs, define and measure product engineering maturity, and achieve Objectives/KPIs. Ensure tools and reports are available to track progress. Conduct quality audits and engage hands‑on with delivery and team growth. Learn and experiment with new techniques/tools like GenAI.
- Capability Evolution and Development: Coach delivery managers to develop strong capabilities. Advise on discovery and delivery methodologies, share learnings through evangelism, and provide examples of people development.
- Operational Excellence: Drive process optimization, quality and risk management, capacity planning, and resource utilization; drive operational excellence.
- Customer‑Centric Problem Solving: Address critical customer issues and align teams with business objectives. Engage cross‑functional teams to achieve peak outcomes through continuous learning and collaboration.
- Expert Proficiency and Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, build problem‑solving capabilities, and enhance the product engineering model to be lean and adaptable. Guide the organization to embrace lean principles and foster innovation.

Qualifications
Required Experience
- 15+ years of experience in delivery management or project leadership, managing enterprise IT solutions across multiple teams and products.
- Experience working in an HR application landscape; working with SAP and other ERP systems preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong skills in developing and implementing strategic plans to meet organizational and product goals.
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to effectively identify and manage program risks to ensure successful delivery.

Compensation
The wage range for this role is estimated at $130,000 to $268,000, subject to factors such as skill set, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, dependent on individual and organizational performance.
