Lead Product Manager

About

Lead and oversee the product management teams within the Membership & Deposit Products Division. Drive the strategy including identification, recommendations, prioritization, and the roadmap of end-to-end technology and product enhancement solutions that align with business objectives and priorities. These teams define what the product features should be and explain why they are needed for both Cloud Core and current state products.

Serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, providing vision, transparency, and proactive risk management. Champion innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence across the product portfolio, while developing team capabilities and fostering collaboration across the enterprise.

Act as a key liaison between key senior business stakeholders and technology teams to define, develop, communicate, and execute strategic plans for ensuring alignment of product strategy with organizational goals.
