Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Senior Manager Program Management role based in Québec, QC, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Senior Manager will oversee multiple complex programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving project execution, managing program budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. This role collaborates with leadership to define priorities and implements effective strategies to meet project and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Program Management and Project Management skills to oversee and deliver multiple complex initiatives.
• Exceptional Analytical Skills and expertise in Budgeting to evaluate project performance and manage resources effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Previous experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in program or project management.
• Familiarity with product development within the building products or manufacturing industry is an asset.
