Upshop seeks a Senior Manager for its Quality Engineering function to enhance the quality lifecycle. With over 450 retailers relying on our platform, you will collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to foster innovation in testing and development. Your role will emphasize automation frameworks, shift-left testing, and modern engineering strategies to meet our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Quality Engineers across multiple product squads
• Define and implement quality engineering strategies and standards
• Build and scale automation frameworks for web and mobile
• Promote CI/CD integration and automation-first practices
• Establish meaningful quality metrics for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 7+ years in Quality Engineering or Test Automation
• 3+ years managing or leading QE teams
• Strong expertise in Cypress, Karate, and Node.js frameworks
• Solid understanding of SaaS architectures and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
