About the role

The Role

Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations (candidates may be considered at the Manager level based on experience). You will be the operational backbone of our Talent Acquisition function, leading and developing the TA Ops team and owning the people management, systems, data, processes, and programs that enable our TA team to hire with speed, quality, and consistency. You will collaborate with the Director, Talent Acquisition and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable infrastructure as we grow, bringing strategic thinking and organization to the process.

What You’ll Do

Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Own all Talent Acquisition reporting and analytics, including dashboards, recruiter performance metrics, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire indicators.
  • Build and maintain systems to monitor hiring progress, recruiter capacity, and demand forecasting.
  • Serve as the source of truth for open role tracking, approval workflows, and hiring plan accuracy.
  • Translate data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement across the recruiting lifecycle and ensure data integrity across all systems.

Hiring & Candidate Experience

  • Lead the TA Ops function, including interview coordination, scheduling infrastructure, and execution of end-to-end hiring workflows across teams and timezones.
  • Own and scale the candidate experience strategy, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience from application through offer across all roles.
  • Manage and develop a team responsible for hiring coordination and candidate experience delivery, setting clear goals, processes, and performance standards.
  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to improve hiring efficiency, drive adoption of best practices, and continuously optimize speed, quality, and candidate satisfaction metrics.

Operations Enhancement & Process Excellence

  • Identify inefficiencies in recruiting workflows and lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline and improve them.
  • Build and document scalable operating procedures, playbooks, and standards for a growing TA organization.
  • Drive a culture of operational rigor and continuous improvement across the TA function.
  • Act as a hands-on problem solver, stepping in directly where the team needs support or where gaps emerge.

Tech Enablement & Recruiting Systems

  • Own and optimize TA systems including Greenhouse ATS, Notion for recruiting workflows/playbooks, scheduling tools, and AI recruiting tools to improve operational efficiency and standardization.
  • Evaluate and onboard new tools as the organization scales, with a clear ROI and adoption framework.
  • Evolve the internal TA "help desk" into a self-serve, automated support function to reduce operational overhead.

Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Initiatives

  • Design and execute employer branding initiatives that strengthen the talent narrative and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Lead the development and continuous optimization of careers pages and candidate-facing content to improve engagement and conversion across the hiring funnel.
  • Drive TA initiatives that enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate experience, leveraging data to measure impact and continuously improve attraction and conversion outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in global Talent Acquisition / recruiting operations preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience supporting a hyper growth company building scalable processes in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in recruiting systems and talent operations tooling, including Greenhouse ATS, Notion driven workflows and documentation, and reporting tools such as Excel and BI tools for dashboards and analytics.
  • Strong headcount planning, workforce planning, and reporting experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
