At Priceline, we don’t guess what our customers want - we listen. As our Senior UX Research Manager, you are the bridge between human behavior and business strategy. You are a seasoned expert who thrives on uncovering the "why" behind the "what," ensuring that every product we build is rooted in deep user understanding.

This is a high-visibility leadership role where you’ll own the research vision and drive the execution of our most critical initiatives. You’ll act as a mentor and practice lead, managing our research toolkit and partnering across Design, Product, and Marketing to ensure our insights don't just sit in a slide deck - they drive the roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Large-Scale Research: Lead complex, cross-functional research projects that span the entire traveler journey.
  • Build the Roadmap: Proactively identify knowledge gaps and build a long-term research strategy.
  • Champion the Craft: Mentor and lead the research team, raising the bar for methodology, ethics, and inclusive design.
  • Own the Infrastructure: Manage research repository and tools ensuring efficiency and accessibility.
  • Pioneer AI-Driven Research: Identify and implement AI tools to accelerate synthesis and uncover user behavior patterns.
  • Connect Marketing & Product: Align Marketing and Product teams on a singular, data-backed view of the customer.
  • Influence at Every Level: Translate complex findings into compelling visual stories that inspire action.
  • Iterate & Improve: Use feedback and product KPIs to measure and refine research impact.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in UX Research with leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Power-user of modern research tools and methods, capable of ethnographic studies and rapid usability testing.
  • Experience leading teams through AI integration in research lifecycle.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners in Design and Product.
  • Commitment to ethics, honesty, transparency, and compliance.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $155,000 to $180,000K CAD.

Work Model

This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office (ideally Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On remaining days, remote or in-office is flexible.
