About the role
As a Senior Manager / Manager PMT, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end product lifecycle management. Your role will involve product development, market analysis, forecasting, pricing strategy, product demonstrations, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure business growth and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities: - Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch performance. - Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives. - Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities. - Prepare product positioning and go-to-market strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product development. - Translate market requirements into technical specifications. - Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Prepare demand forecasts based on market trends and sales data. - Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure product availability. - Analyze sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly. - Develop pricing strategies based on cost analysis, competitor benchmarking, and market positioning. - Ensure margin optimization and profitability targets are achieved. - Conduct regular pricing reviews. - Conduct product demonstrations for key customers and stakeholders. - Support sales teams with technical presentations and product knowledge. - Deliver structured product training programs for internal teams and channel partners. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product features. - Work closely with customer support and sales teams to address market concerns. - Drive product enhancements based on real-time insights.
Qualification: - B.Tech / BE / MBA (Marketing/Operations preferred)
Ideal Candidate Profile: - 6 to 10 years of experience in Product Management or related functions. - Strong exposure to production-linked environments. - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results under timelines. - Data-driven decision-making capability.
