Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Job Title

In this role, you'll lead engineering initiatives related to manufacturing processes, impacting quality, efficiency, and team effectiveness. You'll guide projects and programs within your functional area while exercising operational judgment and autonomy.

Roles and Responsibilities • Define and control the production process, including tooling and equipment while validating design specifications and shop floor application of new products, tools, or equipment. • Develop specialized knowledge in your discipline and serve as a quality resource, staying current with the latest technical developments and contributing to strategy and policy development. • Integrate your in-depth knowledge of best practices with other areas while understanding competitive factors in the market. • Utilize sound judgment to address moderately complex operational, product management, and engineering challenges, applying technical expertise to data analysis and decision-making. • Act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues and lead small, moderate-risk projects while developing persuasive skills to influence others.

Required Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university + Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
