Our client is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Marketing Analyst to join their dynamic marketing team. This fully remote position is ideal for an individual with a passion for uncovering insights from data and translating them into actionable marketing strategies. You will play a crucial role in measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, understanding customer behavior, and identifying opportunities for growth across various channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, and a deep understanding of marketing principles. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to provide strategic recommendations that drive campaign optimization and overall business success. Collaboration with marketing managers, digital specialists, and other stakeholders will be key to informing decision-making and ensuring a data-driven approach to all marketing efforts. The ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences is paramount.

Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various marketing channels (e.g., digital advertising, social media, email marketing, website analytics). Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness. Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, segmentation, and lifetime value to inform targeted marketing strategies. Perform A/B testing and other statistical analyses to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to marketing teams based on data analysis. Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to define key metrics, measurement frameworks, and reporting requirements. Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI) to derive meaningful insights. Stay abreast of industry best practices in marketing analytics, data science, and data visualization. Contribute to the development of predictive models for customer behavior and marketing campaign outcomes. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all marketing data sources. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear and compelling manner. Identify opportunities to improve data collection processes and marketing analytics capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role, with a strong focus on marketing performance. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is required. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with statistical programming languages like Python or R is highly desirable. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. A strong understanding of marketing principles and various digital marketing channels. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute your analytical expertise from anywhere, supporting our client's marketing initiatives with a base in Uyo, Akwa Ibom, NG .
