Attend is redefining what it means to own a home. We're a home maintenance concierge subscription built for busy homeowners who want their home proactively managed, protected, and cared for — without lifting a finger. From seasonal HVAC visits to appliance warranty claims and smart home monitoring, Attend handles every detail so homeowners can focus on what matters most.

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Associate who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute a campaign as they are presenting a go-to-market strategy in a leadership meeting. This is not a siloed role — you will operate across brand, demand generation, content, and partnerships while actively contributing to the strategic direction of our marketing org. You'll step into an existing foundation — agency relationships, a tools budget, and a roadmap for team growth — giving you the infrastructure to move fast and the opportunity to shape how this function scales.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and own multi-channel marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, subscriber conversion, retention, and brand awareness
  • Actively participate in senior leadership and growth meetings — bringing data, insights, and a clear point of view to the table
  • Build and manage the marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with seasonal demand cycles and product launches
  • Define KPIs, track performance across channels, and translate metrics into actionable recommendations for leadership

Execution & Hands-On Work

  • Write copy, develop design briefs, and deploy campaigns across email, social, paid, SEO, and direct mail — no task is too small
  • Build and optimize landing pages, email sequences, and nurture flows to convert homeowner leads into subscribers
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence with authentic content that resonates with our homeowner audience
  • Coordinate local marketing activations, neighborhood-level campaigns, and referral programs
  • Own day-to-day relationships with vendors, agencies, and freelancers — briefing, reviewing, and approving deliverables

Growth & Brand

  • Develop compelling messaging that clearly communicates Attend's value proposition to time-pressed, quality-conscious homeowners
  • Build long-term brand equity through consistent storytelling across all customer touchpoints — from first click to renewing subscriber
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels, referral loops, and partnership opportunities to grow Attend's footprint market by market
  • Represent the marketing function in cross-functional discussions with operations, product, and customer success teams

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Required

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2C subscription, home services, or consumer startup environment
  • Proven ability to both craft strategy and execute independently — you're as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a brainstorm
  • Strong writing and communication skills; you can craft a clear brief, a compelling email, and a sharp board update
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools: email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar), CRM, paid social, and analytics
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing campaigns from brief to launch to reporting
  • Comfortable presenting to and collaborating with founders and senior leadership
  • A bias for action — you move fast, iterate, and don't wait for perfect

Preferred

  • Experience in marketing a subscription or recurring revenue consumer product
  • Familiarity with local or neighborhood-level marketing strategies
  • Background in home services, real estate, or lifestyle consumer brands
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
  • Light design chops (Canva, Figma, or Adobe) — enough to move fast without always waiting on a designer
