Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary and execution-driven “Senior Marketing Lead” to lead multiple vertices of Uptown Spaces into its next phase of growth.

This role is not limited to managing campaigns—it is about owning the growth engine of the company . You will be responsible for building a high-performance marketing ecosystem that drives brand dominance, lead generation, and revenue scalability across multiple projects and markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth & Strategy Leadership • Define and execute a 360° marketing strategy aligned with business goals (lead generation, bookings, revenue) • Build a scalable demand generation engine across digital and offline channels • Drive aggressive customer acquisition and cost optimization (CAC reduction)

2. Brand Building & Positioning • Establish Uptown Spaces as a top-of-mind Proptech brand in Navi Mumbai • Develop strong brand narratives, campaigns, and positioning across all touchpoints • Ensure consistency in communication, storytelling, and visual identity

3. Performance Marketing & Digital Excellence • Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms • Optimize funnels from lead → site visit → booking • Track, analyze, and improve KPIs like CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates

4. Team Leadership & Culture • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance marketing team • Set clear KPIs, accountability systems, and execution frameworks • Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, and operations teams

5. Innovation & Market Intelligence • Continuously experiment with new channels, creatives, and growth hacks • Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies • Identify emerging trends in Proptech and real estate marketing

6. Offline & On-Ground Marketing • Oversee site branding, events, activations, broker engagement, and local campaigns • Integrate offline and online strategies for maximum impact

What We’re Looking For • Proven track record of scaling marketing in a high-growth environment • Strong expertise in performance marketing, brand building, and funnel optimization • Experience managing multi-channel marketing budgets and large-scale campaigns • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and drive teams • Highly analytical mindset with a data-first decision-making approach • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Preferred Background • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field • Prior experience in Real Estate / Proptech / Marketplace businesses is a strong advantage

Compensation

₹8L – ₹12L CTC (based on capability)
