This role operates like a VP of Marketing for a ~$200M business unit. You’ll own how demand is created, captured, and converted, directly impacting pipeline, revenue, and commercial strategy.
You’ll inherit tools, support, and infrastructure, but you’ll be responsible for turning it into a cohesive, high‑performing marketing engine.

Responsibilities
- Building and scaling a traceable, revenue‑driven demand engine
- Owning digital marketing across website, CRM, and campaign performance
- Leading outbound marketing efforts, including trade shows, events, and social strategy
- Translating business goals into clear, executable marketing roadmaps
- Driving alignment with Sales to ensure pipeline conversion and growth
- Leveraging data to continuously optimize performance across the funnel
- Leading and developing a small, high‑impact team
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or commercial marketing roles
- Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong experience in digital and outbound marketing channels
- Comfortable owning website, CRM, campaigns, and events
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
- Industrial experience (aerospace, gas, manufacturing, or similar) is helpful, but not required
