Role Overview

We are currently working with a global FMCG leader to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager, based in Dubai. This high‑impact role is responsible for leading strategic brand planning, consumer marketing execution, and innovation pipeline management across the region. The role will drive brand equity, market share growth, and commercial success by translating consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans and integrated marketing campaigns across the region.
  • Drive innovation and NPD strategies based on market insights and category trends.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, trade marketing, supply chain, and global teams to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.
  • Manage A&P budgets effectively to maximise ROI and brand impact.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of market performance, competitor activities, and consumer trends to adapt strategies.
  • Develop and lead the execution of 360° marketing campaigns including ATL, BTL, digital, and shopper marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and inspire a team of marketers and agencies to deliver high‑performing, insight‑driven campaigns.
  • Serve as the voice of the consumer within the business and champion brand purpose and consistency across all touchpoints.

Who You Are

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy, innovation, campaign development, and team leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to link marketing activity with business performance.
  • Experience working within multinational environments and cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for consumer trends and a data‑driven approach to marketing decision‑making.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
