About the role

We’re partnering with a global enterprise hospitality leader to find a Senior Marketing Technology Business Analyst to support a high-impact transformation within their customer engagement ecosystem.

This role sits at the center of a large-scale CRM and marketing technology evolution, working across multiple platforms, teams, and business units. You’ll play a critical role in shaping how customer data, messaging, and digital experiences come together - translating complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions.

What You’ll Do:

Drive Discovery & Define Requirements

  • Lead discovery sessions to gather and clarify business needs across workstreams
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, structured, and actionable requirements
  • Break down requirements across multiple systems and platforms
  • Write high-quality user stories and documentation in Jira and Confluence

Act as the Cross-Functional Connector

  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and product/engineering teams
  • Identify impacted systems and determine the right teams to execute the work
  • Ensure requirements are clearly communicated, understood, and delivered
  • Collaborate across multiple product pods to drive alignment and execution

Support Martech Strategy & Solutioning

  • Partner with stakeholders to guide solutions based on platform capabilities and constraints
  • Help determine where work should live across the ecosystem (CRM, CDP, CMS, etc.)
  • Contribute to solution discussions by understanding data flows, integrations, and system dependencies

Enable Delivery & Execution

  • Facilitate backlog creation and refinement across product teams
  • Ensure requirements are fully defined prior to development
  • Support light validation and ensure solutions align with defined outcomes
  • Focus on strong handoff and delivery readiness, not execution ownership

The Environment:

You’ll be working within a sophisticated martech ecosystem that includes:

  • Customer engagement and messaging platforms
  • Customer data and profile management systems
  • Channel orchestration tools
  • Content management and personalization platforms

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Experience

  • Strong background in Martech and/or CRM ecosystems
  • Proven experience working in highly cross-functional environments
  • Expertise in writing clear, detailed, and actionable requirements
  • Experience breaking down complex initiatives across multiple systems
