Senior Mechanical Design Engineers

ResponsibilitiesMonitor, planning, designing and developing mechanical engineering services like HVAC, Water supply, Drainage, Firefighting, Gas & BMS.Manage Design Questionnaire, Space planning, Design basis / concept report in consultation with Electrical counterpart through the design team.Develop/review mechanical calculations and schedules.Review mechanical design drawings at all stages and develop Specifications and BoQ.Prepare presentations for Client meetings.Be able to communicate effectively at all levels to support collaborative work practices.Maintain Customer focus and adhere to the Quality & Time.Apply technical knowledge to resolve problems and be willing to learn new skills.Coordinate with client and local authorities for design approval.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 10-15 years of similar experience (preferably in Consultancy field).

Experience handling projects from Concept till Detail Design.Knowledge of international and local codes.Authority registered engineers will be added advantage.Working knowledge of REVIT MEP, Navisworks and AutoCAD.Positive mindset and able to groom team.Candidates with additional certifications such as ASHRAE, WELL, CDCP will have added advantage.Experience of managing Client and design team.Required ExperienceSenior IC
