We are an A&E firm launching a new MEP department and are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead this initiative. This is a unique opportunity to be the most senior Mechanical hire, with the potential to build and lead a team below you in the future.

Our company is in an exciting period of expansion, and this role is crucial to our strategic growth plan. We primarily serve an existing client base, with projects focused on multi-family buildings across the city. We are looking to expand into new markets and seek candidates with experience in diverse sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the new MEP department as the senior Mechanical hire.
• Manage mechanical projects for multi-family buildings and other client needs.
• Contribute to the expansion into new market sectors.
• Serve as a key resource in the company's strategic growth plan.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience managing mechanical projects, preferably in multi-family construction.
• Experience in diverse market sectors is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and build a team.
