A leading mechanical construction and facilities services firm is actively searching for experienced Mechanical Project Managers to oversee significant commercial and industrial projects.

This organization is known for delivering comprehensive mechanical solutions, including HVAC, plumbing, controls/building automation, engineering services, and prefabrication support. Our projects span various sectors such as healthcare, education, mission-critical facilities, commercial high-rises, and industrial installations.

Position Overview

The Mechanical Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading mechanical construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated leadership, financial management skills, scheduling competency, and effective coordination with our internal engineering and fabrication departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and cost management
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor activities
• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial mechanical project management
• Proven track record managing large, complex HVAC and plumbing projects
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling and financial tracking
• Proficiency with project management software platforms
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
