Your New Role

As a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll lead some of the firm’s most challenging and high-profile construction projects. You’ll oversee a diverse team of professionals and ensure that every aspect of the project—from design interpretation to execution—is delivered with excellence.

You’ll manage performance, budgets, schedules, labor, equipment, and safety, while serving as the key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Your leadership will drive innovation, uphold standards, and foster a culture of accountability and success.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of progressive experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects
  • Proven track record in the ICI sector with deep knowledge of construction laws and building codes

Technical Skills:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specifications

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive, self-directed, and decisive with a bias for action
  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Skilled in coaching, performance management, and team leadership
  • Client-focused with a collaborative and relationship-driven approach
