Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Noel Group are recruiting a Senior Mechanical Project Manager for a 6 month fixed term contract (open to hiring on a permanent basis too) on behalf of our client for a high rise residential project in Galway.

The ideal candidate will ideally come from a commercial or high rise residential background and have extensive experience working in Irish based projects working for or with tier 1 or 2 developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering the mechanical elements of the projects on time and within budget
• Manage weekly tracking and reporting including any variances
• Manage the tracking of labour
• Work closely with the onsite teams and other contractors
• Project scheduling and knowledge management handovers

Minimum Requirements

• Available immediately (or very quickly)
• A very good track record of successful large scale project delivery in the Irish market
• Existing right to work - the immediate timeframes do not facilitate work permit transfers
