About the Role:

Start Fresh Humanitarian & Wellness Initiative is seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Senior Mental Wellness Programs Manager to lead mental health initiatives, wellness program operations, and community support services in Zurich, Switzerland. This role focuses on managing large-scale wellness programs, strengthening psychosocial support initiatives, and ensuring sustainable mental health impact through strategic program leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mental Wellness Program Leadership: Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of mental health and wellness initiatives
  • Program Operations Management: Manage budgets, operational workflows, schedules, and resource allocation across wellness programs
  • Community & Humanitarian Engagement: Coordinate outreach initiatives, psychosocial support services, and wellness advocacy activities
  • Mental Health Strategy Development: Design preventive wellness initiatives, support frameworks, and mental health awareness campaigns
  • Monitoring & Impact Evaluation: Track KPIs, program effectiveness, participant engagement, and wellness outcomes
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, NGOs, community partners, and institutional stakeholders
  • Compliance & Ethical Oversight: Ensure adherence to mental health standards, safeguarding protocols, and operational guidelines
  • Process Improvement: Enhance service delivery systems, operational efficiency, and participant support frameworks
  • Team Leadership: Lead counselors, wellness coordinators, support staff, and program management teams

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Senior-level experience in mental health program management, wellness operations, or humanitarian support services
  • Skills: Strong leadership, program development, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Education: Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Counseling, or related field
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in mental wellness initiatives, community support programs, or nonprofit healthcare operations
  • Leadership: Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and high-impact wellness programs
