In this remote role, you will assess and enhance the adoption of Microsoft 365 environments. Ideal candidates should bring at least 8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Office, Teams, and Outlook. You will also evaluate network readiness and user experience, driving insights and governance for improved customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assess Microsoft 365 tenant health and performance metrics
• Evaluate and optimize configurations for M365 Apps
• Analyze network readiness and connectivity best practices
• Develop strategies to improve usage and engagement
• Provide professional documentation on recommendations

Requirements

• 8+ years in Microsoft 365 administration
• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams management
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive
• Familiarity with Microsoft Secure Score and compliance manager
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
