Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor engineering planners and technicians
- Provide technical leadership for engineering and operations
- Coordinate engineering deliverables, including planning and scheduling
- Optimize and implement medium to long-term mine plans
- Facilitate planning meetings to ensure project alignment
Requirements
- P.Eng. accreditation or in progress in Ontario
- At least 5 years of underground mining experience
- Proficiency in Deswik, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in narrow-vein mining techniques
- Strong understanding of mine planning and scheduling
