About

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of secure mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of mobile applications for iOS and Android to support government services and citizen engagement.
• Collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver accessible mobile solutions.
• Ensure applications comply with public sector standards for data privacy, security, and accessibility, including WCAG and GDPR.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and documentation to meet performance and usability standards.
• Manage app releases, updates, and debugging on the App Store and Google Play.
• Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to enforce development best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.
• Proficiency in Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android.
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native.
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles, offline storage, and device integration like camera and GPS.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and mobile testing frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
