(Senior) Modern Work Engineer

A renowned Swiss IT company with a focus on digital solutions and modern workplace solutions supports various SMEs in the introduction and further development of Microsoft cloud technologies.

To strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a (Senior) Modern Work Engineer.

Your Tasks

• Planning, conception, and implementation of Modern Work projects in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Technical consulting of clients from analysis to introduction and training
• Participation in 3rd level support for complex technical issues
• Operation and further development of Microsoft 365 services (including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
• Participation in the further development of standards, documentation, and internal processes
• Close collaboration with clients, project management, and internal teams

Your Profile

• Completed IT education or with corresponding further training
• Several years of experience in the Modern Work / Microsoft 365 environment, ideally in project environments or with experience in various industries
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and identity services
• Basic understanding of related areas such as Windows clients, security, or networks is an advantage
• Structured, independent way of working and high customer orientation
• Very good German and good English skills
