Senior Mortgage Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Mortgage Product Manager with deep mortgage domain expertise and strong Loan Origination System (LOS) experience to help lead and scale a growing product organization. This role will serve as a key partner to product leadership, helping drive strategy, execution, and platform enhancements across critical mortgage technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap execution for mortgage technology platforms
• Own requirements gathering, user stories, prioritization, and feature delivery
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and business stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve LOS workflows, efficiency, and user experience
• Support system enhancements, integrations, and platform optimization initiatives
• Serve as a subject matter expert for mortgage origination processes and LOS capabilities

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in mortgage technology
• Deep expertise with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Strong Blue Sage experience highly preferred
• Strong understanding of end-to-end mortgage origination workflows
• Proven ability to lead complex product initiatives from concept through delivery
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
