Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Vienna, VA, for a Senior .NET Developer and Technical Lead. The role involves leading a technical team and contributing to the development of high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities include designing and implementing .NET applications, reviewing code for best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. The position also entails providing technical mentorship, managing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in .NET Framework, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server
• Experience with software architecture, system design, and development best practices
• Strong understanding of version control systems like Git and integrated development environments (IDEs)
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading technical teams in Agile environments
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities and experience in system troubleshooting and debugging
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; advanced degree is a plus
