Responsibilities

You will join a dedicated team with experienced and highly engaged members located in Kping, Skvde, Gothenburg in Sweden and New River Valley in the United States. The team belongs to Powertrain Production & Digital Delivery organization and supports manufacturing sites across Global Trucks Operations. Together, we deliver edge business solutions and connectivity that link shop-floor machines and robots with company's manufacturing systems, enabling automated work centers across our global factories. We are a high-performing T-shaped product team supporting more than a dozen global sites, operating with trust, self-leadership, generous knowledge sharing, and a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Advanced experience developing backend services with .NET 8/9.
• Some experience working with different frontend technologies like React/Angular or Blazor.
• Knowledge and experience around container-based hosting with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of API design principles, integration patterns, and production-ready quality practices.
• Knowledge about MQTT / Kafka is a bonus.
• Self-leading and growth-oriented attitude with passion for end users, continuous improvement, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Ability to navigate multicultural, distributed environments and actively engage diverse stakeholders.
• Confidence to lead customer-facing workstreams, identify needs, provide expertise, and ensure solutions align with architectural guidelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.

Nice to haves

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Having experience of shopfloor integrations or IoT solutions.
