What You'll Do

• Own technical success: architecture, quality, and delivery
• Design scalable, secure, distributed systems
• Build and deliver critical production-grade features
• Mentor engineers through reviews and technical guidance
• Collaborate with product & design teams
• Drive best practices (CI/CD, testing, observability)
• Lead .NET architecture across teams

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in .NET development (distributed systems)
• 5+ years with .NET Core (7/8)
• Strong experience with AWS & Docker
• Solid background in database design & performance tuning
• Proven ability to influence technical decisions across teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
