• Location: Hartford, CT, (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support automation-driven business applications.
• Work on full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities.
• Design and develop applications using VB.NET and/or C#.NET technologies.
• Build and maintain SQL Server databases and related components.
• Participate in functional and technical design discussions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Collaborate with Agile teams for sprint planning and project delivery.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and application support activities.
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
