The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, a deep understanding of modern architectural patterns, and experience with cloud platforms.

As a Software Architect, you will play a critical role in building and shaping the future of our technology stack, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across our applications. The candidate must be accountable to achieve the planned milestone.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems using .NET technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
• Technology Leadership: Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the efficient development and deployment of software solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and create comprehensive architectural plans.
• Scalability & Performance: Design systems that can scale seamlessly, ensuring high performance and availability.
• Security: Implement robust security measures and best practices to protect data and systems.
• Code Quality: Oversee code quality standards and practices, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation and technical specifications.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the company's technology strategy.

Key Skills Required

• 7+ years of experience in software development in asp.net core, with at least 2 years in a software architecture role.
• Proven experience with backend API development in asp.net core with database (Postgres/SQL server / my SQL)
• Experience in full-stack development will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, including deployment and management of cloud-based applications.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, architectural styles, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts, and their application in software systems.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
