The Job

• Integration of new customers into existing operating and network processes
• Planning, conception and commissioning of complex network and security systems
• Leading and participating in subject-specific projects – from idea to successful handover to operations
• Evaluation of new technologies and design of supporting tools for process optimization
• Problem analysis in complex system landscapes including escalation management and ticket documentation
• Technical interface to production teams and representation of the department in cross-functional solution teams
• Development and ensuring the implementation of controls for audits

YOU

• Several years of professional experience, including at least three years in network architecture
• Certification as Cisco CCNP or comparable, and ideally ITIL Expert
• Sound knowledge in IT system architecture, network technologies and business administration fundamentals
• Strong analytical thinking, structured way of working and high solution orientation
• Very good communication, presentation and moderation skills at specialist and management level
• Very good German and English skills
