Responsibilities

• Integration of new customers into existing operational and network processes
• Planning, conception, and commissioning of complex network and security systems
• Leading and participating in subject-specific projects – from the idea to successful handover to operations
• Evaluation of new technologies and design of supporting tools for process optimization
• Problem analysis in complex system landscapes, including escalation management and ticket documentation
• Technical interface to production teams and representation of the department in cross-functional solution teams
• Development and ensuring the implementation of controls for audits

Profile

• Several years of professional experience, including at least three years in network architecture
• Certification as Cisco CCNP or equivalent, and ideally ITIL Expert
• Experience in the PaloAlto Firewall and SASE environment
• Sound knowledge of IT system architecture, network technologies, and business administration fundamentals
• Strong analytical thinking, structured way of working, and high solution orientation
• Very good communication, presentation, and moderation skills at specialist and management level
• Very good German and English skills
