What to Expect From Us:

• Firewall & Security – Implementation, operation, and further development of modern firewall infrastructures based on Fortinet technologies such as FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiSASE
• Switching & Wireless – Deployment, operation, and support of switches and access points (including Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet, Unifi)
• Network Consulting – Advising our customers on network architectures and developing individual solution concepts
• Support & Troubleshooting – Independent analysis and resolution of complex technical faults and network problems
• Azure Networking – Support in the area of Azure Networking (vNETs, Virtual Network Gateways)
• Documentation & Processes – Maintenance of technical documentation and network structures using tools like Jira, Confluence, and ITSM systems

What Sets You Apart:

• Background – Degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics, completed IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), or comparable qualification
• Experience – Several years of practical experience in network engineering and firewall management
• Firewall Know-how – Very good knowledge in the Fortinet environment (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiSASE)
• Switching & Wireless – Experience with modern switching and WLAN technologies (Cisco Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet, Unifi)
• Azure Networking – Basic understanding of Azure network architectures
• Soft Skills – Structured way of working, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented thinking
• Languages – Very good German, English, and ideally Polish language skills
