Senior Developer

About This Role

This is a senior role – the ideal candidate will be able to contribute to the team with minimal supervision, take on a leading role in technical discussions and solutioning, and must have strong technical knowledge. Resumes should not only outline the skillsets listed but speak to the experiences in current and previous roles on how that technical skill/experience was applied.

Contract Details

• Contract Duration: ~5 months through October 31, 2026
• Possibility of extension: Yes
• Possibility of Conversion to FTE: Yes
• Number of Positions: 2 – may reduce to 1, TBD

Schedule

• Physical Office Location Address: 333 King Street E (possibly relocating to 100 Yonge St)
• Work Policy: Hybrid, expectation is 3x per week in-office; recommended Tues/Thurs, but flexible
• Schedule Hours: Standard business hours 8:30am – 5pm, 7.5 hours per week

Candidate Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience with NodeJS
• 8-10+ years of experience with Express
• 8-10+ years of experience with JavaScript

Nice-To-Have Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience with MongoDB
• 3-5+ years of experience with React
• 3-5+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes

Interview Process

• 1st Round – At home Codility / programming test to submit, candidate to complete within 3-4 days
• 2nd Round – 1.5 hour technical interview, in-person – team members (Eng and Dev)
• 3rd Round – 30 min chat w/ HM
