An established and highly respected Interior Design & Architectural firm based in Oman is seeking a Senior Office Manager / Project Coordinator to join their dynamic and growing team.

This design-led company specializes in delivering fully integrated turnkey solutions across a diverse portfolio, including corporate offices, luxury private residences, hospitality environments, and retail spaces. Their approach to design is purposeful, sophisticated, and detail-oriented—creating thoughtfully curated environments that align with client visions while prioritizing functionality, innovation, and long-term value.

Working alongside a talented multidisciplinary team of architects, interior designers, artists, and craftsmen, this role offers the opportunity to be part of prestigious and high-end projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and professionalism
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams
  • Coordinate project timelines, schedules, meetings, and documentation across multiple projects
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments and project stakeholders
  • Assist senior management with administrative, operational, and project coordination functions
  • Manage client correspondence, follow-ups, and meeting coordination professionally and efficiently
  • Support project teams with reporting, procurement coordination, and project tracking where required
  • Maintain high standards of organization, professionalism, and confidentiality within the office

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Senior Office Manager, Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or similar role, preferably within the Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or Property sectors
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
  • Professional, well-presented and confident in dealing with high-profile clients
  • Strong administrative and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project coordination systems
  • Must be willing to relocate to Oman

Preferred Profile:

Our client is preferably seeking a female candidate who is professional, polished, client-focused, and able to confidently coordinate within a high-end design environment.
