About the role

As a Finance & Business Analyst/Assistant Manager in the Nordics SBU, your role is crucial in supporting the Country Head and Head of Finance by providing controlling and business analysis to enhance company processes and resources' efficiency and ensure the accuracy of legal books for the territories of Nordic and The Netherlands.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Take ownership of BPC, actuals, forecast, and Budget - Manage SAP budgetary control - Conduct end-to-end control of processes such as revenue shares and rebate calculations - Analyze and maintain cost controlling with cost-reduction opportunities - Prepare current reporting of company results and monthly MIS reporting for the Region - Ensure accuracy of bookkeeping - Conduct budgeting process for the region - Perform business analytics focusing on sales, profitability by product, country, and molecule - Control costs and provide analytics - Support commercial business partnering, excel modeling, and sales reviews

Your overall job responsibilities include: 1. Executing financial reports and supporting the annual budget process and monthly forecast 2. Supporting annual closing procedures and interacting with external auditors and consultants 3. Managing bookkeeping and cost controlling, ensuring accuracy in accounting and supporting the development of financial controlling tools

**Key Interfaces/Interactions:** - External: Warehouse, Vendors, Auditors, Consultants, Service Providers - Internal: Senior Finance Manager ND and NL, Head of Finance Northern Cluster, Finance Managers Germany, Corporate Finance Department, Head of Departments - Nordics and Netherlands, Country heads Nordic and The Netherlands, Operation and Demand Planning Team

**Qualifications Required:** - Business Degree or similar essential; Chartered Accountant or similar an advantage - SAP and SAP BPC experience - Excellent MS-Office skills (primarily PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) - Fluent in English
