We employ around 450 people in Europe and the USA, with 300 at our headquarters near Aschaffenburg. TEC Innovation GmbH & Co. KG is responsible for the e-commerce and online marketing of the entire corporate group. Their portfolio includes online shops and websites in Germany, Europe, and the USA, for which we use state-of-the-art web technologies.

For our location in Waldaschaff (near Aschaffenburg), we are looking for a motivated

(Senior) Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

  • Further development and implementation of performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (especially Meta Ads & SEA)
  • Planning, creation, and execution of online advertising campaigns for customer retention and new customer acquisition
  • Monitoring and analysis of campaign performance while adhering to ROAS targets and other KPIs such as MER, CAC, etc.
  • Derivation of optimization measures for online performance activities and campaigns
  • Collaboration with and management of external partners, service providers, and agencies
  • Close collaboration with internal interfaces

Requirements

  • Completed degree in marketing, communication, digital media, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in online and/or performance marketing, particularly in the conception, implementation, and evaluation of cross-channel campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other PPC platforms
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with online marketing and analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and reporting tools (getklar, among others)
  • Experience with tools such as Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools
  • Optional: Experience with or strong interest in jewelry and/or dietary supplements
  • Fluent German and good English language skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, digitale Medien oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Online- und/oder Performance-Marketing, insbesondere in der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Auswertung kanalübergreifender Kampagnen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Google Ads, Meta Ads und weiteren PPC-Plattformen
