The Opportunity: Senior Paid Media & Growth Specialist (Luxury Brands)

The Senior Paid Performance Media Specialist plays a critical role at Webwiser, driving performance-led growth for our clients across paid media channels. You’ll be responsible for leading strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns—particularly within e-commerce and apparel brands—ensuring measurable impact across both online sales and lead generation funnels.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Drive revenue growth and performance for e-commerce brands, with a strong focus on fashion, clothing, and apparel.
  • Build and scale full-funnel campaigns across DTC e-commerce and lead generation objectives.
  • Analyse campaign data (platforms, GA4, and revenue reports) to generate actionable insights and improve performance.
  • Define and refine target audiences based on data, behavior, and market trends.
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve ROAS and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring delivery against KPIs and budgets.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor on paid media strategy

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years’ experience in paid media / performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce campaigns, particularly within fashion, apparel, or clothing brands.
  • Strong experience in both online sales (DTC) and lead generation campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (TikTok Ads advantageous).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4 and performance reporting.
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and performance-driven mindset.
