About the role
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the setup, management, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Monitoring and improving performance metrics such as engagement, acquisition costs, and return on ad spend
- Managing and pacing budgets to ensure maximum efficiency and impact
- Testing and refining ads, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion outcomes
- Analysing campaign results and translating data into practical insights and recommendations
- Producing concise, meaningful performance reports for internal stakeholders
- Working closely with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand and messaging goals
- Keeping up to date with platform changes, new features, and digital advertising best practices
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5+ years’ experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
- Strong hands‑on capability across major paid platforms (search, social, and professional networks)
- Solid experience working with analytics and tracking tools to measure performance accurately
- A clear understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance measurement
- Highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, spot inefficiencies, and drive improvements
