About the Role

As a Senior Payments Product Manager, you will be a key player in driving Clover's payment services for hundreds of thousands of merchants across multiple countries. Our innovative cloud platform serves as the backbone for payment processing and interaction, facilitating millions of transactions daily. We pride ourselves on leading the market with groundbreaking payment solutions and are now exploring new strategic opportunities to enhance our platform and generate additional revenue streams.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, develop, and manage cutting-edge advertising solutions that leverage Clover’s extensive platform and audience. You will focus on creating products that foster effective advertiser engagement while ensuring a smooth experience for our merchants and their customers.

This position requires a thorough understanding of the payments landscape, market trends, and emerging opportunities. You will work collaboratively with various teams to define and execute product strategies, lead the development of innovative monetization products, and prepare compelling marketing materials for our sales channels.

What You Will Do:

• Monitor trends in the advertising industry, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in relation to our payment platform.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for payment products within the Clover ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and other internal teams to establish and maintain the advertising technology product roadmap.
• Build robust business cases for new advertising products, emphasizing revenue generation and value delivery.
• Define user stories and requirements for advertising solutions, focusing on ad content management, targeting, scheduling, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure the delivery of reliable advertising technology products.
• Consult with advertising partners and internal stakeholders to develop impactful advertising solutions utilizing our platform.
• Analyze performance data and feedback to continuously enhance the effectiveness of advertising solutions.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track advertising revenue, campaign success, and platform utilization.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years in product management, specifically within the payments domain.
• Experience with projects focused on digital advertising, platform monetization, or BNPL solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in managing integrations with third-party platforms and APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in building and maintaining corporate partnerships.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey product descriptions and roadmaps.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on advertising performance and analytics.

Travel Requirements: Travel may include local and international trips, but is limited to less than 10% of your time.

Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $198,000.00.

This salary range applies to employees in New Jersey and New York. Salaries for other locations may vary.
