In this role you will lead and optimize Docusign’s HR systems, focusing on Workday-based processes, data quality, and AI-enabled workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale HR technologies for a fast-growing public company, driving efficient processes, auditable data, and proactive workforce insights. You’ll solve complex issues with hands-on expertise and influence HR technology strategy. This hybrid role combines hands-on work with strategic implementation to support enterprise goals.

Requirements
- 8+ years managing enterprise platforms and applications
- 5+ years Workday HCM experience (BP, Reporting, Condition Rules)
- B.S. degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
