Responsibilities

As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager at Zasta, you will be responsible for our paid social strategy across all platforms – from Meta and TikTok to Snap, LinkedIn, and new channels that you will explore yourself. You will combine creative flair with analytical precision, ensuring our campaigns not only generate reach but also have a real impact on our growth goals. What does this mean in concrete terms?

  • Strategic Thinking, Driving Growth: You will be responsible for our paid social activities end-to-end – from strategic planning, setup, and optimization to evaluation. You will use platforms like Meta, TikTok, or Snap to build campaigns that scale.
  • Connecting Performance with Creativity: You will think about perfect ad spendings and creatives equally. You will test new formats, messages, and target groups, derive learnings from them, and work closely with our design and creative teams to develop data-based creative strategies.
  • Analyze, Understand, Optimize: You will keep an eye on the numbers – from CTR to CAC to ROAS – and identify which measures are effective. With your analytical approach, you will conduct A/B tests, derive hypotheses, and develop new approaches for sustainable growth.
  • Proactive Action, Taking Responsibility: You will plan budgets, manage campaigns independently, and make data-driven decisions that balance performance and efficiency. You will recognize early on if a campaign is not performing – and have a plan ready to get it back on track.

Requirements

What you ideally bring:

  • Experience That Counts: You have at least 5 years of experience in paid social or performance marketing – ideally in a fast-growing environment or an agency.
  • Analytical & Strategic: You think data-driven, understand the connections between ad spend, funnel performance, and business KPIs – and make well-founded decisions based on your analyses.
  • Creative & Execution-Oriented: You have a good eye for appealing creatives, understand how content performs, and actively contribute to the creative development of new formats.
  • Hands-on & Independent: You work in a structured, proactive manner and love taking responsibility – from the testing plan to reporting.
  • Communicative & Collaborative: You share your knowledge and work cross-functionally towards common goals. You are fluent in German and English.

You can choose where you work for the remaining days. If you can't make it to the office on the in-office days, there are joker days that you can use flexibly.
  • Change of scenery included – at Zasta, you have 30 days of vacation per year and the opportunity to work within Europe for up to 4 weeks at a time.
