We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer (C++) to join a high-performance engineering environment focused on building complex, scalable software systems. This is an opportunity to work on technically demanding products, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor other engineers within a collaborative and quality-driven team.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern C++
• Design and implement robust, maintainable system architectures
• Drive software quality through unit and integration testing (e.g. Catch2)
• Improve and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
• Act as a technical lead and mentor for junior and mid-level developers
• Support the team through code reviews, pair programming, and problem-solving
• Serve as a key technical contact for complex development challenges

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in C++ software development
• Strong expertise in modern C++ (ideally C++23) and Qt framework
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience working with distributed or complex systems
• Proven ability to technically lead or mentor other developers
• Strong communication skills in German and English
