Senior PIC Process Integration Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) Process Engineer to work with a company combining III‑V materials with silicon photonics to deliver advanced integrated photonic technologies.

You will lead the development, optimisation, and industrialisation of advanced PIC fabrication processes, driving the integration of III‑V devices onto silicon platforms. Working closely with design, characterisation, and manufacturing teams, you will play a key role in translating R&D innovations into robust, scalable production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical leadership of PIC process development and integration
• Ownership of heterogeneous III‑V/silicon process flows
• Collaboration with foundries and industrial partners
• Yield improvement, process control, and reliability enhancement
• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to strategic technology roadmaps

Your Profile

• Significant industry experience in semiconductor or photonics manufacturing
• Proven expertise in III‑V processing, silicon photonics, or heterogeneous integration
• Demonstrated technical leadership in cross‑functional environments
• Strong understanding of cleanroom fabrication, process integration, and yield optimisation
• Fluent in English (French a plus)
