Senior Planner

A leading international main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join major Data Centre projects in Frankfurt.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Germany and wider European markets.

The Role

As Senior Planner, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery through effective planning, scheduling, reporting, and programme management across large-scale Data Centre projects. You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on programme while identifying risks, opportunities, and efficiencies throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project programmes and monthly progress reports
• Monitor project progress, outputs, and resource trends
• Support tender and contract scheduling requirements
• Work closely with project teams on planning and programme-related activities
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and wider delivery teams
• Identify project risks and provide forward-looking planning support
• Review and challenge construction methodologies to improve project delivery and efficiencies

Requirements

• Relevant third-level degree
• 7+ years’ industry experience
• Previous planning and scheduling experience on Data Centre projects
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 essential
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Previous experience working within construction/main contractor environments
• English speaking

Package

• Up to €105k basic salary
• Accommodation provided (details can be discussed)
• 10/4 rotation
• Flights covered (€500 cap)
• 24 days annual leave
• Opportunity to work across wider European projects including Germany and the Nordics
