About Us

We are looking for Planner to be part of our Saint Nazaire (Close to Nantes) based team to manage the schedule during the construction of our ongoing project. The Planner will be joining a team of experts within a self-owned firm with a passion for innovation, technological challenge, excellence, and a strong belief in human relations.

Responsibilities

CP main responsibilities

• Schedule management: The CP oversees the entire planning construction process to completion. This includes coordinating construction schedule plans of all the Construction companies involved, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with the general project schedule.
• Communication and collaboration: The CP will act as the interface between various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, communicating project progress regularly and coordinating the collaboration of all parties involved.
• Documentation: The CP will update and maintain main schedule during construction project, providing in monthly basis documents such as reports, contract agreements, and permits that affects to the schedule.

Qualifications

• MSc Civil Engineer, MSc Structural Engineer or MSc Mechanical with CP background in industrial projects (Pharma, Chemical, Agribusiness or assembly plants,….)
• Demonstrated experience managing complex schedule projects
• Above ten (10) years of experience in the industry acting as CP
• Highly valued experience designing or implementing EPCM projects or PMC services
• Good knowledge of building regulations and standards in France
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of construction in the french market.
• France (C2- Native), fluent in English (C1) and Spanish would be benefitial

Offer Details

• Type of Contract: Full-time until the end of the project.
• Start Date: Start in early May 2026, with construction starting in November 2026.
• Completion Date: Estimated 30 months from start date to end of 2028.
