Transform AI applications at Compass Digital Labs as a Senior Platform Engineer. This hybrid role focuses on building scalable AI platforms designed for LLM and agentic systems. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining critical platform capabilities and evaluating the performance of AI systems. By collaborating with engineering, data, and product teams, you will develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that streamline AI-driven customer experiences and operational automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design LLM application core capabilities and workflows
• Architect secure integration mechanisms for AI models
• Maintain evaluation frameworks for AI system performance
• Optimize retrieval methods and knowledge capabilities
• Automate deployment using cloud services and CI/CD

Requirements:

• Solid experience in production AI/LLM environments
• Proficient in Python, experience with TypeScript or Go advantageous
• Understanding of AI system architectures and frameworks
• Hands-on with AWS infrastructure and Terraform
• Knowledge of AI governance and security standards
