Reporting to the site's IT team and working in an international environment, you will be responsible for the "Customer Assistance Solution" Cloud platform, a critical solution operated 24/7 and deployed globally. At the heart of the "After Sales central" process, this platform has a direct impact on customers.

In this context, you will play a key coordination role within an agile and multicultural environment, ensuring the interface between IT teams, business lines, and international partners. You will supervise the architecture and evolution of the Cloud infrastructure (Azure) with a focus on governance and technical management of the solution. You will also manage partners and suppliers responsible for operational activities, while actively contributing to the definition, optimization, and standardization of DevOps processes.

Profile

This opportunity is for an engineer or doctor with at least 5 years of experience in Cloud infrastructure and/or DevOps, acquired in an international environment. Proven experience in managing/steering service providers is essential.

You have a solid mastery of Cloud environments (Azure, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS models, security, networks), as well as DevOps tools, containerization (Kubernetes), monitoring/observability, and access management (IAM). You demonstrate a real interest in global technical architecture and know how to challenge capacity and performance topics (scalability, load, load balancing, etc.).

Recognized for your leadership, you are autonomous, a team player, and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Very good command of English is essential to ensure fluid and effective communication within the group; German is a plus.

The position is located near Strasbourg; occasional international mobility is to be expected.
