Senior Platform Engineer - Infra & Cloud Delivery

Experteer Overview As a Senior Platform Engineer at Personio, you will join a core platform team to design and operate scalable infrastructure that powers our SaaS HR platform. You’ll own cloud and platform services, enabling rapid but stable changes across production. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to simplify architecture, reduce technical debt, and drive operational excellence as we scale. Aufgaben • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years in SRE, platform, or cloud engineering • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Datadog • Experience with SaaS distributed systems using TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, Python • Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and GitOps workflows • Strong operational best practices and use of metrics to measure impact • Tactical mindset aligned with engineering strategy • Fluent English (CEFR level C1/C2) and collaborative, feedback-friendly attitude • Good sense of humor
