Senior Platform Engineer - ServiceNow Integration/Automation

Job Summary

Our client a leading Retail & Consumer Goods provider is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer - ServiceNow Integration/Automation to join their team! This position is remote.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation for the Change Request process by integrating ServiceNow with CI/CD pipelines, leveraging APIs, validations, and scalable workflows
• Build and configure API-driven integrations (data connections already established) to enable end-to-end automation across multiple engineering teams, including attribute management and automated verification
• Enable and enhance observability within the change management lifecycle in partnership with an observability engineer, introducing reporting and monitoring capabilities in a currently greenfield space
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a highly dynamic environment, contributing to the design and development of new platform capabilities
• Partner closely with senior engineering team members to deliver robust, production-ready solutions

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• 7+ years of full-stack or platform engineering experience
• Automating CI/CD pipelines into ServiceNow – Must have hands on experience
• Proficient in both front end and back end
• Java, Python , MySQL , PowerShell, React, Node.js
• Experience provisioning and managing cloud services required, Google preferred
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure and containerized environments such as: GCP, GKE/Kubernetes/Google Kubernetes Engineer, Service Mesh Systems
• Experience with CI/CD systems and Infrastructure as Code

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $170,000 and $185,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
